摘要
目的:比较三种金黄色葡萄球菌培养基的检测性能。方法:按照GB 4789.10-2016第二法的步骤,利用三种金黄色葡萄球菌培养基对10件乳粉样品(编码为CODE1~10)进行定量检测。结果:样品编号CODE1~CODE10检测结果依次是5200CFU/g、4800CFU/g、7100CFU/g、2800CFU/g、5500CFU/g、6900CFU/g、2700CFU/g、2000CFU/g、8600CFU/g、<10CFU/g,10个样品的Z值均小于2。结论:金黄色葡萄球菌显色培养基的检测效果较好。
Objective:To compare the detection performance of three Staphylococcus aureus culture media.Methods:Ten samples(CODE1-10)were quantitatively detected by the second method in GB 4789.10-2016 on 3 kinds of S.aureus media.Results:The results of samples(CODE1-10)were 5200CFU/g,4800CFU/g,7100CFU/g,2800CFU/g,5500CFU/g,6900CFU/g,2700CFU/g,2000CFU/g,8600CFU/g and<10CFU/g.The Z values of 10 samples were all less than 2.Conclusion:The detection effect of Staphylococcus aureus chromogenic medium is better.
