摘要
目的比较多联抗生素糊剂与Vitapex糊剂治疗牙髓-根尖周病的疗效。方法选取2019年1月至2020年1月新疆医科大学第一附属医院(附属口腔医院)收治的136例牙髓-根尖周病患者作为研究对象,按照不同治疗方法分为对照组和观察组,各68例。其中,对照组采用Vitapex糊剂进行根管填充治疗,观察组采用多联抗生素糊剂进行根管填充治疗,治疗后1周进行复查,并随访6个月。比较两组治疗前后的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、根尖周指数,以及临床疗效和不良反应发生情况。结果VAS评分时点间、组间的主效应差异有统计学意义,时点间与组间存在交互作用(P<0.01),治疗后1周、6个月,两组的VAS评分均降低(P<0.01),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗后,对照组与观察组的根尖周指数分级均降低(P<0.01),但治疗后两组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组与对照组治疗的总有效率比较差异无统计学意义[97.05%(66/68)比92.64%(63/68),P>0.05]。观察组与对照组总不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义[2.94%(2/68)比8.82%(6/68),P>0.05]。结论在根管填充治疗中,多联抗生素糊剂与Vitapex糊剂治疗牙髓-根尖周病的疗效相当,但多联抗生素糊剂短期内镇痛效果更好。
Objective To compare the efficacy of polyantibiotic paste and Vitapex paste in the treatment of endodontic-periapical disease.Methods A total of 136 patients with endodontic-periapical disease admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University(Affiliated Stomatology Hospital)from Jan.2019 to Jan.2020 were included,and divided into a control group and an observation group according to different treatment methods,with 68 patients in each group.The control group was treated with Vitapex paste,while the observation group was treated with polyantibiotic paste.The patients were reexamined 1 week after treatment and followed up for 6 months.Visual analogue scale(VAS)score,periapical index before and after treatment,clinical efficacy and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results There were statistically significant differences in the main effects of VAS scores between time points and groups,and there was an interaction between time points and groups(P<0.01).1 week and 6 months after treatment,VAS scores decreased in both groups(P<0.01),and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.01).After treatment,the periapical index grading was reduced in both groups(P<0.01),but there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the total effective rate of treatment between the two groups[97.05%(66/68)vs 92.64%(63/68),P>0.05].The difference in the incidence of total adverse reactions between the two groups was not statistically significant[2.94%(2/68)vs 8.82%(6/68),P>0.05].Conclusion In root canal filling treatment,both polyantibiotic paste and Vitapex paste have satisfactory results in the treatment of endodontic-periapical disease,with comparable efficacy,while polyantibiotic paste has better effect in short-term analgesia.
