摘要
采用真空气雾化法制备18Ni300马氏体时效钢粉末,采用激光粒度仪、扫描电镜(SEM)和X射线衍射分析仪(XRD)对粉末的粒径分布、形貌、显微组织和相组成进行分析。结果表明:制备的18Ni300马氏体时效钢粉末粒度呈正态分布,中位径D50为74.22μm,其中粒度小于45μm的粉末占比为28.6%,粉末呈球形或近球形。随着粉末粒径的增大,表面形貌变差,出现卫星球颗粒等不规则形状,并在粉末内部出现中心孔洞。小于45μm的粉末内部组织主要为胞状晶,随着粒径的增大,出现树枝晶并与胞状晶共存,一次晶轴宽度和二次枝晶臂间距也随之增大,在大颗粒粉末中出现放射状二次枝晶;粉末的物相组成主要为体心立方的马氏体(α)相,没有Ni3X等强化相的衍射峰存在。
18 Ni300 maraging steel powder was prepared by vacuum-induced-melt gas atomization(VIGA).The size distribution,morphology and microstructure of the powder was investigated by laser particle size analyzer,scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and X-ray diffraction(XRD).The results show that the partical size of18 Ni300 maraging steel powder is normal distributed,the medium diameter is 74.22μm,and the mass fraction of the powders partical size less than 45μm is up to 28.6%.The powder is spherical or near-spherical.With the increasing of partical size,the worse micro-morphology with satellite-grains around the surface and the gas-hole in the powders appear.The inner micro-structure of the powders less than 45μm is swelling crystal.Dendrites appear,the width of primary crystal axis and secondary dendrite arm spacing increase with the partical size growing,even the radial secondary dendrites appear.The phase of the powder is bcc-structure martensite,with no obvious peak of Ni3 X strengthen phase.
