摘要
通过对比施加电磁搅拌前后ML40Cr小方坯凝固组织及偏析特征,分析了结晶器电磁搅拌对铸坯凝固组织和偏析分布的影响。结果表明:在结晶器电磁搅拌作用下,柱状晶区宽度由49mm减少至35mm,凝固前沿柱状晶沿电磁力方向发生偏转,偏斜角为18°-30°;同时柱状晶一次和二次枝晶臂间距增大,中心等轴晶也有所粗化。施加结晶器电磁搅拌有利于改善中心偏析,但CET转变区出现较宽负偏析区域,不利于均质化。
The effect of mould electromagnetic stirring on the macrostructure and segregation of billet was analyzed by comparing the solidification macrostructure and segregation characteristics of ML40 Cr billet wtih or without applying electromagnetic stirring. The results show that under the action of mould electromagnetic stirring, the width of columnar crystal region is reduced from 49 mm to 35 mm, the columnar crystals in the solidification front are deflected along the direction of electromagnetic force, and the deflection angle is between 18° and 30°. At the same time, the primary and secondary dendrite arm spacings of columnar crystal are increased, and the central equiaxed crystal is also coarsened. The application of mould electromagnetic stirring is beneficial to improve the center segregation by increasing the equiaxed crystals zone, but a wider negative segregation zone appears on the columnar to equiaxed transition interface, which is not beneficial to homogenization of solute across the section.
