摘要
农民收入持续增加、城乡居民收入差距不断缩小是近年来中国居民收入走势的一大亮点。但必须清醒地看到,目前中国农民收入稳定增长的基础仍不牢固。未来一定时期,农民增收仍要面临种种困难和挑战,既有自然条件的不足和体制因素的羁绊,也有来自以结构调整为主要基调的经济发展对支农财政和农民工收入的冲击。只有充分抓住“乡村振兴”这一历史机遇,以产业兴旺作为核心,改善现有城市布局,多层次推进城镇化,加大收入分配政策向农民倾斜的力度,切实重视和发展乡村教育事业,才能稳步有效地提高占庞大人口比重的农民的收入。
The continuous increase of farmers’income and the narrowing of the income gap between urban and rural residents are the highlights of the income trend of China’s residents in recent years.However’we must be soberly aware that the foundation of stable growth of farmers’income in China is still not solid.In the future’the difficulties and challenges that farm-ers will still face in increasing their income include the shortage of natural conditions and the fetters of institutional factors’as well as the impact of economic development with structural adjustment as the main keynote on the financial support for agriculture and the income of migrant workers.Only by fully seizing the historical opportunity of“Rural Revitalization”’taking industrial prosperity as the core’improving the existing urban layout’promoting urbanization at multiple levels’increasing the strength of income distribution policy inclined to farmers’and paying attention to and developing rural education’can we steadily and effectively increase the income of farmers’which accounts for a large proportion of the population.
