摘要
本研究通过对32位英语教师、教研员、出版社编辑的访谈,探讨《中国英语能力等级量表》(CSE)的采纳情况,并聚焦影响用户采纳CSE的因素,运用扎根理论方法构建影响因素模型。研究发现,CSE在各学段都有采纳案例,应用于测试、教学、学习资源建设等方面。感知创新特征、成果期待、主观规范、自我效能感是影响目标群体采纳意向的感知因素,间接影响采纳行为;个人因素影响感知因素,并和资源条件调节感知因素对采纳意向的作用。
Through interviews with 32 English teachers, teacher researchers and editors, this study investigates the status quo of adoption of the China’s Standards of English Language Ability(CSE) with a focus on factors influencing users’ adoption intention, and proposes a factor model using the grounded theory. The results show that the CSE is adopted at various educational levels mainly for testing, teaching, and learning resources building. In the factor model, perceived characteristics of innovation, outcome expectations, subjective norm and self-efficacy predict adoption intention, and exert indirect influence on behavior through intention. Personal factors are found to impact these predictors and together with external conditions and resources, moderate the relationship between predictors and intention.
