摘要
本研究通过问卷调查和访谈,考察了高校学生外语在线学习满意度状况以及学生对外语教学与在线学习方式的评价,并利用深度学习技术构建外语在线学习满意度影响因素模型,测量各影响因素的权重。研究发现,学生对外语在线学习的整体满意度较高;学习动力、学习质量、内容有用性、内容趣味性、平台易用性、教学能力、教学资源、平台熟悉度等是影响在线学习满意度的关键因素;超过半数的学生认为线上外语教学比线下教学更具优势。研究最后从学生自身、教师教学、课程内容、外部保障等方面提出提升学生外语在线学习满意度的对策。
Through a questionnaire survey and interviews, this study explores college students’ satisfaction level of online foreign language learning and their evaluation of the approaches to foreign language teaching and online foreign language learning. It uses deep learning technology to construct an influencing factor model of online foreign language learning satisfaction, and measures the weight of each influencing factor. The results show that the students have high overall satisfaction with online foreign language learning. Learning motivation, learning quality, content usefulness, content playfulness, ease of using platform, teaching ability, teaching resources and familarity with platforms are the critical factors influencing satisfaction. More than half of the students hold that online foreign language teaching has more advantages than offline teaching. The study finally puts forward suggestions to improve students’ satisfaction with online foreign language learning from the aspects of students themselves, teachers’ teaching, course content and external support.
