摘要
针对现有防震减灾信息服务系统的易用性和可操作性不强,相关信息服务产品难以推广与应用的问题,该文提出一种面向地震灾害防治的知识图谱构建方法。运用知识构建理论,梳理防震减灾策略与地震理论、基础信息、功能服务等地震防治实体间复杂的语义关系,抽取各类地震灾害信息并建立语义网络,构建以防震减灾为核心的地震灾害防治知识图谱,并对知识图谱进行可视化表达。实验结果表明,本文所提出的知识图谱构建方法能够直观的展示地震防治信息间语义关联,实现不同类型信息的综合联动,提高了防震减灾信息服务的智能化水平。
Aiming at the problem that earthquake disaster information service system in poor usability,operability was not strong,difficult to promote products related to information services and application problems,the paper proposed a method for constructing knowledge of earthquake disaster prevention map.This article used Knowledge Building to sort out the semantic relationship between earthquake disaster mitigation strategy and earthquake prevention entities such as earthquake theory,basic information,and functional services to extract all kinds of earthquake disaster information,establish a semantic network,construct a knowledge graph of earthquake disaster prevention and control with earthquake prevention and mitigation as the core,and visually express the knowledge graph.The experimental results showed that the knowledge graph construction method proposed in this paper could intuitively display the semantic associations of earthquake prevention information,realized the comprehensive linkage of different types of information,and improved the intelligent level of earthquake prevention and disaster reduction information services.
