摘要
本文基于全面提升学生综合素质,结合笔者所在单位工作实践,依托专业学科优势,从夯实全过程精准管理服务、全面深化创新创业教育实践改革入手,构建和完善了创新创业教育实践"1234"体系。即围绕"一个目标"、做到"两个结合"、夯实"三大保障"、落实"四项举措",围绕"立德树人"根本任务,将创业教育实践纳入人才培养体系和教育教学全过程,加强体制机制建设,从深化组织管理与服务、加强科教结合、推进协同育人、强化教师指导四个方面深入推进双创教育实践,不断深化改革,全面提升大学生创新创业能力及综合素质。实践体系经过三年的不断实践探索,在大学生创新能力培养、综合素质提升等方面取得了显著成效。
Based on the comprehensive improvement of students’comprehensive quality,combined with the work practice of the author’s unit,relying on the advantages of professional disciplines,this paper constructs and improves the"1234"system of innovation and entrepreneurship education practice from consolidating the whole process of accurate management services and comprehensively deepening the reform of innovation and Entrepreneurship education practice.That is,around the"one goal",achieving"two combinations",consolidating"Three Guarantees",implementing"four measures",centering on the fundamental task of"cultivating morality and talents",integrating entrepreneurship education practice into the talent training system and the whole process of education and teaching,strengthening the construction of system and mechanism,deepening the organization management and service,strengthening the combination of science and education,promoting collaborative education,strengthening the integration of science and education,and strengthening the integration of science and education.Strengthen teachers’guidance,promote the practice of entrepreneurship and innovation education,deepen the reform,and comprehensively improve the innovation and entrepreneurship ability and comprehensive quality of college students.After three years of continuous practice and exploration,the practice system has achieved remarkable results in the cultivation of college students’innovation ability and the improvement of their comprehensive quality.
