摘要
近年来,职业院校技能大赛的规模不断扩大,学院在赛务管理工作方面涉及外联、内协事务,复杂程度高,时间要求紧,传统的人工管理方式已经不能满足赛事的组织规模及信息准确性要求。本文从我院承办多次技能竞赛的实际出发,分析了承办竞赛的收获和存在的不足,提出以大数据思维和信息化手段研发或使用先进成熟的赛务管理系统,从而有效促进竞赛管理和机制创新。
In recent years,the scale of skills competition in vocational colleges has been expanding.In terms of competition management,the college involves external and internal affairs,with high complexity and tight time requirements.The traditional manual management method can no longer meet the requirements of organization scale and information accuracy.Based on the fact that our institute has undertaken many skills competitions,this paper analyzes the gains and shortcomings of undertaking competitions,and proposes to develop or use advanced and mature competition management system with big data thinking and information means,so as to effectively promote competition management and mechanism innovation.
