摘要
通过打孔定位试验,分析了轧后样棒位置的变化,研究了金属流变对锭型偏析的影响。结果表明,样棒不同位置的变形不均匀,高度方向上纵向变形和横向变形程度大小均是1/2R附近>芯部>表层。轧后孔洞沿延轧制方向延伸,表层变化为压缩比的1.46倍,芯部为压缩比的0.94倍。轧后锭型偏析的形状呈平椭形,轧制可以改变锭型偏析的形状,通过打孔定位试验可以快速地优化轧制工艺。
Through the drilling and positioning test,the change of sample bar position after rolling was analyzed,and the effect of metal rheology on ingot segregation was studied.The results show that the deformation of the sample bar at different positions is uneven,and the degree of longitudinal and transverse deformation along the height direction is near 1/2R>core>surface.After rolling,the hole extends along the rolling direction,the change of surface layer is 1.46 times of compression ratio,and the change of core is 0.94 times of compression ratio.After rolling,the shape of ingot segregation is flat and elliptical.Rolling can change the shape of ingot segregation.The rolling process can be quickly optimized by punching and positioning test.
