摘要 从准双曲面齿轮主减速器总成的制造、装配等生产环节分析了准双曲面齿轮故障产生的原因;对主减速器齿轮啮合振动进行了建模,分析故障齿轮啮合的振动响应规律。应用Hilbert变换对振动信号进行包络谱分析,并结合齿轮轴的转动频率实现准双曲面齿轮故障的定位。实验表明了该方法的有效性。 The main causes of hypoid gear fault are categorized from the main reducer manufacturing, assembly and other processes. The vibration model for gear mesh of main reducer is shown, and the vibration response discipline from fault gear meshing is diseussed. An envelope spectrum analysis method is applied to process the vibration signals, which is based on Hilbert transformation. The gear fault location is carried out, combined with the gear shaft frequen- cy. The validity of this method is proved by experiment.
