摘要
介绍了一种用于汽车主减速器主齿轴与轴承内圈装配的专用压装机。在理论计算压装力基础上,结合装配技术和工艺要求,进行了压装机整体方案设计,介绍了设备机械结构、液压系统、测控系统等功能模块设计,特别阐述了压装机的安全设计和压入曲线拐点自动识别等技术。设备可监控和记录压装过程中位移和力值,自动识别压入力,满足了产品装配中新的工艺要求,运行安全可靠、操作方便灵活,取得较好的使用效果。设备的开发为同类产品的研发和升级改装提供了技术支持和参考。
A special pressing machine used to the assembly of pinion shaft and inner ring of bearing in main reducers is presented. Based on the theoretical pressing force and assembly technology and process, the whole scheme design is analyzed, and the mechanical structure, hydraulic system and testing and controlling system are introduced. Some key technologies, including the safety design and the turning point detection of pressing curve automatically are explained. The facility can monitor and record the force and displacement in the process of pressing, and can detect the pressing force, which satisfies much stricter requirements of assembly technology for automobile production. It runs safely and reliably, operates conveniently and flexibly, and provides technical support and reference to the development and update of similac equipment.
