摘要
构建基础时空信息底板,是实现智慧城市内部多源、异构、海量数据间的关联与融合,保障各类智慧应用正常运转,实现城市精细化治理的前提。文中提出“地楼房权人”多层次城市实体模型,并基于该模型设计并实现“地楼房权人”实体建库、城市多源信息关联融合的业务框架,并通过应用展望,从教育学位配置和医疗资源管理等方面举例说明基于“地楼房权人”实体模型的多源信息关联在城市精细化治理中的应用价值。研究表明,通过构建“地楼房权人”等城市实体数据,并基于此关联集成各类城市数据,最终形成面向城市精细化治理的基础时空信息底板,将为智慧城市的各类应用提供基础支撑。
Constructing the space-time information base is the prerequisite of realizing the connection and fusion between multi-source,heterogeneous and mass-data within the smart city,ensuring the normal operation of all kinds of intelligent applications,and realizing the smart city governance.This paper puts forward the multi-level urban entity model of“land,building,house,right,people”(LBHRP)and designs and realizes the business framework of building LBHRP entity database and city multi-source information integration.Through the application prospect,it gives examples from the aspects of education quota allocation and medical resource management to illustrate the application value of multi-source information integration in smart city management based on the LBHRP entity model.The research shows that by constructing urban entity data such as LBHRP and integrating all kinds of urban data based on this association,the space-time information base for smart city governance will be formed,which can provide a basic support for the applications of smart cities.
