基于存量数据的基础地理实体设计与生产研究

摘要 实景三维建设是对传统基础测绘业务的转型升级,按自然资源部要求,2023-2025年应实现存量基础地理信息要素转换生产基础地理实体的目标。但当前实景三维建设存在“重场景,轻实体”的生产现状,亟需对基础地理实体进行系统研究。面对基础地理实体的生产需求,通过基础地理实体系列设计,包括概念模型、物理模型、语义化内容、结构化内容等,构建了基础地理实体生产的基础。基于基础地理实体设计,开展了利用存量数据转换生产基础地理实体的研究,探索了基础地理实体生产的技术方法,验证了存量数据转换生产的可行性。 Realistic 3D construction is a transformation and upgrading of traditional basic surveying and mapping.According to the requirements of the Ministry of Natural Resources,the goal of converting existing fundamental geographic information feature into fundamental geo-entity for production should be achieved from 2023 to 2025.However,there is a current production situation of“emphasizing scenes and neglecting entity”in the construction of realistic 3D scenes,which urgently requires systematic research on fundamental geo-entity.Faced with the production needs of basic geographic entities,a series of basic geographic entity designs were carried out,including conceptual models,physical models,semantic content,structured content,etc.,to construct the foundation for the production of basic geographic entities.Based on the design of fundamental geo-entity,research was conducted on the conversion of stock data to produce fundamental geo-entity,exploring the technical methods for the production of fundamental geo-entity,and verifying the feasibility of stock data conversion production.
