摘要
掌握煤矿井下巷道断面内的风速分布规律,可以为煤矿生产采集必要的基础数据,结合具体案例,采用数值模拟、现场实测、算法等手段探究井巷风量准确监测技术。利用GMBIT软件,构建与实际巷道尺寸等比例的矩形与半圆拱巷道风流场模型。通过论证,认为CFD数值模拟方法的风速场数值模拟结果基本能够真实反映实际井下巷道风速分布情况。模拟结果和实测值对比表明,靠近巷道顶板、底板、巷道帮的巷道断面位置风速明显小于巷道断面中部区域;巷道断面风速变化具有连续性,风速非均匀区间长度随巷道平均风速增大而显示出明显的增大趋势;不同风速条件下巷道断面内风速的不均匀分布程度为准确测得巷道风量增加了难度。
By mastering the wind speed distribution law in the section of underground roadway in coal mine,it can collect necessary basic data for coal mine production.Combined with specific cases,the accurate monitoring technology of roadway air volume is researched by means of numerical simulation,field measurement and algorithm.Using GMBIT software,the air flow field models of rectangular and semi-circular arch roadway in proportion to the actual roadway size are constructed.Through demonstration,it is considered that the numerical simulation results of wind speed field based on CFD numerical simulation method can basically reflect the actual wind speed distribution of underground roadway.The comparison between the simulation results and the measured values shows that the wind speed near the roadway roof,floor and roadway side is significantly lower than that in the middle area;the variation of roadway wind speed is continuous,and the length of non-uniform interval of wind speed shows an obvious increasing trend with the increase of roadway average wind speed;the uneven distribution of wind speed in roadway section under different wind speed increases the difficulty of accurately measuring roadway air volume.
