摘要
为实现矿井通风管理信息化和自动化,利用长沙迪迈公司iVent软件,根据巷道基础资料初步建立数字化通风模型。通过春夏两季实测数据对通风模型进行修正,使各个巷道阻力与现场相符,并通过测风求阻和测阻反算摩擦阻力系数,使三维模型更符合矿井实际通风情况,实现矿井通风的三维可视化建模和风流模拟。通过建立三维通风模型,提高了矿井通风的管理效率,实时掌控井下通风情况,快速做出改进方案,增强井下生产安全性,提高矿井生产经济效益,具有很好应用前景。
In order to realize the informatization and automation of mine ventilation management,a digital ventilation model is preliminarily established based on the basic data of the roadway by using the iVent software of Changsha Digital Mine Company.The ventilation model is modified by the measured data in spring and summer,so that the resistance of each roadway is consistent with the field,and the friction re⁃sistance coefficient is calculated by wind measurement and resistance measurement,so that the three-di⁃mensional model is more consistent with the actual ventilation situation of the mine,and the three-dimen⁃sional visual modeling and wind flow simulation of the mine ventilation are realized.The establishment of three-dimensional ventilation model improves the management efficiency of mine ventilation,controls the underground ventilation situation in real time,makes improvement plans quickly,enhances the safety of un⁃derground production,and improves the economic benefits of mine production.It has a good application prospect.
