摘要
根据北京市2020年新冠肺炎疫情的发展变化,全年可分为4个阶段,疫情初期、疫情稳定期、新发地市场聚集性疫情期(二次疫情期)、全面复工复产期,本文应用道路交通指数、道路交通运行速度、拥堵持续时间等道路运行评价主要指标,对2020年4个不同阶段分别进行道路运交通运行状况评价,进一步对2020年2个时期的典型不限行工作日进行交通运行状态对比,总结分析各阶段的道路交通运行规律特征.
According to the development and change of COVI D-19 epidemic in Beijing in 2020,the whole year can be divided into four stages:the initial stage of the epidemic,the stable stage of the epidemic,the concentrated epidemic stage of the newly emerged market(the second epidemic stage),and the comprehensive resumption of work and production.In this paper,the traffic performance index,road traffic speed,congestion duration and other main indicators of road operation evaluation are used to evaluate the road traffic operation status of the above four different stages in 2020.Furthermore,the traffic operation status of the typical unrestricted working days in the two periods in 2020 is compared,and the characteristics of road traffic operation rules in each stage are summarized and analyzed.
