摘要
[目的]了解真空渗透法对不同处理的甜高粱07-27种子生长的影响。[方法]以甜高粱品种07-27和甘蔗桂果蔗1号为试验材料,利用真空渗透法将甘蔗DNA导入甜高粱,考察各生长性状。[结果]种子浸泡24 h后的植株成活率为13.3%,较其他2个处理成活率明显偏高;处理得到的植株在表型上与空白对照有着明显的差异,株高增加38.78 cm,穗长增长4.75 cm,穗粒数多299粒,千粒重高15.95 g,糖锤度提高5.65°Bx。[结论 ]结果为甜高粱育种提供新的种质资源。
[Objective]To investigate the effect of vacuum infiltration on the growth of sweet sorghum 07-27 seeds treated with different treatments.[Methods]Sugarcane DNA was introduced into sweet sorghum by vacuum infiltration method,and the growth characters were investigated.[Results]The survival rate of the plants after the seeds were soaked for 24 hours was 80%,which was significant higher than that of the other two treatments.Compared with the control,plant height was 38.78cm higher than that of the control,and panicle length was 4.75cm longer than the that of the control,and panicle grain number was 299 more than that of the control,and 1000-grain weight was 15.95g more than that of the control,and sugar brix was 5.65 higher than that of the control.[Conclusion]The Results provide new germplasm resources for sweet sorghum breeding.
