摘要
以双庆谷为母本,离石黄高粱为父本,进行谷子与高粱属间远缘杂交。通过温、湿度的控制及杂交技术的改进,克服了杂交不亲合性,培育成了谷子与高粱远缘杂交新材料──C223,并通过回交,衍生出遗传稳定的杂种新类型17个。利用这些新材料通过回交和复交,选育出根系发达、抗倒、抗病、高产的新品种──青丰谷。该品种比豫谷1号增产15.4%。
A intergeneric distant hybridization was carried out by using of a millet variety Shuang qing as female parent and a sorghum variety Lishihuang as male parent. Cross-incompatibility was overcome by controlling temperature, moisture and improving crossing techniques. A new material- C223, which have been confirmed by cytogenetics and biochemistry analysis, was successfully bred first time in China. Seventeen new hybrid strains with stable genetic characters were created by backcrossing. With backcrossing and multiple-crossing of those neW materials,a millet variety Qingfeng was bred, which characterized by root flourishing, ledging resistance,disease resistance and high yield. The yield of Qingfeng was 15. 4 percent higher than the popularized millet variety Yugu 1.
