摘要
通过对家长与教师的有效调查发现,新疆南疆地区幼儿入园难问题依然存在,教师结构不够均衡,硬件设施不够完善,办园质量存在问题,分析发展瓶颈后,给出如何促进南疆地区学前教育良性发展六大建议。
Through the effective investigation of parents and teachers,it is found that the problem of preschool enrollment in southern Xinjiang still exists,the teacher structure is not balanced,the hardware facilities are not perfect,and the quality of kindergarten is problematic.After analyzing the development bottleneck,six suggestions are given on how to promote the benign development of preschool education in southern Xinjiang.
