摘要
目的探讨复方丹参滴丸联合阿托伐他汀钙治疗冠心病的临床疗效及其对血清内皮素和细胞黏附因子的影响。方法选取湖南中医药大学第一附属医院2018年1月—2019年1月收治的冠心病患者128例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各64例。对照组予以阿托伐他汀钙治疗,观察组予以复方丹参滴丸联合阿托伐他汀钙治疗。2组均治疗3个月。比较2组临床疗效,心功能指标〔包括左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、左心室收缩末期内径(LVESD)和左心室射血分数(LVEF)〕、内皮素1、细胞黏附因子〔可溶性细胞间黏附分子1(sICAM-1)、可溶性血管细胞黏附分子1(sVACM-1)〕,并观察2组不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组LVEDD、LVESD小于对照组,LVEF高于对照组,内皮素1、sICAM-1及sVACM-1低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组均未发生明显药物不良反应。结论复方丹参滴丸联合阿托伐他汀钙治疗冠心病的临床疗效确切,可有效降低血清内皮素和细胞黏附因子水平,改善心功能指标,且安全性较高。
Objective To study the clinical effect of compound Danshen dripping pills combined with atorvastatin calcium in the treatment of coronary heart disease and its impact on serum endothelin and cell adhesion factor.Methods A total of 128 cases of patients with coronary heart disease were selected from January 2018 to January 2019 in the First Hospital of Hunan University of Chinese Medicine,which were divided into control group and observation group according to random number method,with 64 cases in each group.The control group were treated with atorvastatin calcium,the observation group was treated with compound Danshen dripping pills combined with atorvastatin calcium.Both groups were treated for 3 months.Clinical effect,cardiac function indexe〔s including left ventricular end diastolic diamete(r LVEDD),left ventricular end systolic diamete(r LVESD)and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)〕,endothelin-1,cell adhesion factors soluble intercellular adhesion molecule(sICAM-1),soluble vascular cell adhesion molecule(sVACM-1)〕were compared between the two groups,and the incidence of adverse reactions were observed.Results The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the LVEDD and LVESD observation group were lower than those of control group,LVEF was higher,and endothelin 1,sICAM-1 and sVACM-1 were lower than those of control group(P<0.05).No obvious adverse drug reactions were occurred in both groups.Conclusion Compound Danshen dripping pills combined with atorvastatin calcium have an exact clinical effect for coronary heart disease,which can effectively reduce the levels of serum endothelin and cell adhesion factor,and improve the indexes of cardiac function,and with high safety.
