摘要
目的分析复方丹参滴丸联合阿托伐他汀在冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(coronary artery disease,CAD)合并血脂异常老年患者中的应用疗效。方法随机选取2022年5月—2023年9月胶州市中医医院收治的90例CAD合并血脂异常的老年患者为研究对象,用随机数表法分为对照组(阿托伐他汀治疗,n=45)、观察组(复方丹参滴丸+阿托伐他汀治疗,n=45),对比两组患者血脂指标、心功能、血液流变、炎症因子、临床指标。结果观察组低密度脂蛋白胆固醇为(3.01±0.23)mmol/L,低于对照组的(3.61±0.33)mmol/L,差异有统计学意义(t=10.006,P<0.05)。观察组高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平高于对照组,总胆固醇和三酰甘油水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者各项心功能指标均得到明显改善,且观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗后,两组血红蛋白水平显著上升,纤维蛋白原以及血液黏度显著下降,且观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗后,两组各项炎性指标均下降,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组治疗后的心率、收缩压及住院时间均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论CAD合并血脂异常老年患者使用复方丹参滴丸+阿托伐他汀治疗,不仅可以改善患者炎症指标、血脂水平,还能够提高患者的心功能,疗效显著。
Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of compound Danshen dripping pills Combined with Atorvastatin in elderly patients with coronary artery disease(CAD)complicated with dyslipidemia.Methods A total of 90 elderly patients with CAD complicated with dyslipidemia admitted to Jiaozhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2022 to September 2023 were randomly selected as the study objects.They were divided into the control group(atorvastatin,n=45)and the observation group(compound Danshen dropping pills+atorvastatin,n=45)by random number table method.The blood lipid index,heart function,blood rheology,inflammatory factors and clinical index of the two groups were compared.Results Low density lipoprotein cholesterol was(3.01±0.23)mmol/L in observation group,which was lower than(3.61±0.33)mmol/L in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=10.006,P<0.05).High density lipoprotein cholesterol in observation group was higher than that in the control group,total cholesterol and triglyceride levels were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After treatment,all cardiac functions were significantly improved in both groups,and the indexes in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Hemoglobin in the two groups was significantly increased after treatment,while fibrinogen and blood viscosity were significantly decreased,and the indexes in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).All inflammatory indexes of two groups decreased after treatment,and the indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After treatment,heart rate,systolic blood pressure and hospital stay in observation group were better than those in control group,and the differences were statistically
