摘要
采用冲压半管拼焊方法研究了新型高温合金材料A286薄壁大径双曲管成形过程。借助有限元分析技术,对半管在不同的模具结构、拉深筋形状以及毛坯尺寸等关键工艺参数下的冲压成形过程进行数值模拟,确定毛坯材料流动规律,避免了起皱缺陷,得到了优化的毛坯形状和模具结构。对不同激光焊接和氩弧焊接方案进行了比较,设计了合理的拼焊板焊缝初始位置和焊接方法,发现激光焊接更适合A286钢板的拼焊成形,添加中间固溶处理,可以减小回弹,提高板料成形性能。
The forming process of new superalloy A286 thin-walled large diameter hyperbolic pipe was studied by stamping half pipe tailor welding method. With the help of finite element analysis technology,the stamping process with different process parameters such as die structure,drawbead shape and blank size of half pipe was numerically simulated to determine the material flow law of blank and avoid wrinkling defects. The optimal blank shape and die structure were obtained. The different laser welding and argon arc welding schemes were compared. Reasonable initial position of welding line and welding method of tailor welded blanks were designed. It is found that laser welding is more suitable for tailor welded forming of A286 steel sheet. Adding intermediate solution treatment can reduce the springback and improve the formability of sheet.
