某星载天线的抗力学环境设计与动态性能分析 被引量:1

摘要 星载电子产品在其全生命周期中面临复杂、恶劣的力学环境,其动静态性能是影响产品电气功能、性能和可靠性的重要参数。以某星载天线为研究对象,在简要介绍其结构形式、组成的基础上,针对其抗力学环境设计原则、要求进行了分析,提出了抗力学环境设计的相关措施,并结合有限元分析技术,在典型工况下开展了动态性能的仿真计算,重点关注结构的基频和安全裕度。结果表明,该星载天线抗力学环境设计合理、有效。 Satellite-borne electronic products are faced with complex and harsh mechanical environment in their whole life cycle,and their dynamic and static properties are important parameters that affect the electrical function,performance and reliability of the products.A satellite-borne antenna was taken as the research object,on the basis of a brief introduction to the structure and composition,the design principles and requirements under mechanical environment were analyzed,the design relevant measures were put forward,and combined with the finite element analysis technology,the dynamic properties under typical conditions were carried out,focus on the fundamental frequency of the structure and the safety margin.The results show that the design of the satellite-borne antenna under mechanical environment is reasonable and effective.
