摘要
对比了两种驻极聚丙烯熔喷布的形貌特征、透湿量、颗粒过滤效率、气流阻力等性能指标,结果显示:相比于电驻极熔喷布,水驻极熔喷布的内部具有更多大小不一的孔洞,透湿性能更好;同一流速下,预处理前后水驻极熔喷布的过滤性能更优;随流速增加,水驻极熔喷布过滤效率下降较少;随层数增加,两种驻极熔喷布的过滤效率和气流阻力同时增大;随容尘时间增加,水驻极熔喷布对气溶胶颗粒的过滤效率下降较少,吸附量较多。综上所述,在新产品开发应用中,水驻极熔喷布具有更广泛的应用前景。
The morphological characteristics,moisture permeability,particle filtration efficiency and airflow resistance of two electret polypropylene melt-blown nonwovens were compared.The results show that compared with the electric electret melt-blown nonwovens,the water electret melt-blown nonwovens has more holes of different sizes and better moisture permeability.At the same flow rate,the filtration performance of water electret melt-blown nonwovens before and after pretreatment is better.With the increase of flow rate,the filtration efficiency of water electret melt-blown nonwovens decreases less.With the increase of the number of layers,the filtration efficiency and airflow resistance of the two electret melt-blown nonwovens increase simultaneously.With the increase of dust absorbing time,the filtration efficiency of aerosol particles decreases less and the adsorption amount is more.To sum up,the water electret melt-blown nonwovens has a wider application prospect in the development and application of new products.
