摘要
过滤材料的微观结构及自身性质是决定其过滤特性的主要因素。对聚丙烯(PP)熔喷非织造布的形貌、性质及其容尘过滤特性进行了研究。结果表明:随着过滤时间的增加,PP熔喷非织造布的过滤效率和过滤阻力在开始阶段变化不大,随后急剧上升;平均孔径及透气性均逐渐下降,且由缓慢下降变为急速下降;最终非织造布的空隙被颗粒堵塞,气体阻力过大,导致过滤材料失效。
The micro-structure and property of the filtration material were key to define the filtration performance.The morphologic and property and the filtration characteristic of PP meltblown nonwovens were researched.The result showed that by adding of filtration time,filtration efficiency and filtration resistance of PP meltblown nonwovens changed little in the first stage and then increased sharply,meanwhile the average pore size and breathability decreased gradually and the tendency be from moderate to rapid,finally the pores in nonwovens were clogged by particles and gas resistance would be large,and it caused failure of the filtration material.
