摘要
目的探讨带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者采用活血化瘀膏方外敷联合毫火针刺治疗效果及对神经疼痛程度、负面情绪的影响。方法纳入2019年12月—2020年12月收治的60例带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者作为观察对象,以掷币法分为2组,对照组30例患者接受常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组用药基础上加用活血化瘀膏方外敷联合毫火针刺治疗,2组均以5 d为一个疗程,持续治疗3个疗程,对比2组患者治疗效果、负面情绪以及后遗神经痛指标。结果治疗后,观察组患者TNF-α、PGE2、IL-6均低于对照组,β-EP高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者各项中医证候积分、VAS评分以及SAS评分均明显低于对照组,总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论活血化瘀膏方外敷联合毫火针刺能够显著减轻PHN患者神经痛症状,改善患者负面情绪及睡眠,利于患者预后,值得推荐。
Objective To investigate the effect of external application of Huoxue Huayu ointment combined with filiform fire acupuncture on nerve pain and negative emotion in patients with neuralgia after herpes zoster.Methods Sixty patients with neuralgia after herpes zoster who were treated in our hospital from December 2019 to December 2020 were included as observation objects.They were divided into 2 groups by coin tossing method.30 patients in the control group received conventional western medicine treatment.On the basis of the control group,the group was treated with external application of Huoxue Huayu ointment combined with filiform fire acupuncture.Both groups took 5 days as a course of treatment and continued treatment for 3 courses.The therapeutic effect,negative emotions and the indicators of sequelae neuralgia were compared between 2 groups.Results After treatment,TNF-α,PGE2 and IL-6 of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,andβ-EP of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes,VAS scores and SAS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than the control group,and the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The external application of Huoxue Huayu ointment combined with filiform fire acupuncture can significantly reduce the symptoms of neuralgia in patients with neuralgia after herpes zoster,improve the negative mood and sleep of the patients,and is beneficial to the prognosis of the patients.It is worth recommending.
