摘要
目的:分析中药穴位贴敷对类风湿性关节炎患者关节功能及炎症反应的影响。方法:选取类风湿关节炎患者60例,以随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各30例。两组均行常规药物治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用中药穴位贴敷治疗,两组均治疗3个月。比较两组炎症反应、关节功能、血清白细胞介素-37(Interleukin-37,IL-37)、可溶性PD-1(Soluble PD-1,sPD-1)水平及安全性。结果:治疗后,两组血清类风湿因子(Rheumatoid Factor,RF)、C反应蛋白(C-reactive Protein,CRP)、血沉(Erythrocyte Sedimentation Rate,ESR)水平均降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组血清IL-37、sPD-1水平与治疗前比较均降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组间不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义。结论:中药穴位贴敷可抑制类风湿性关节炎患者炎症反应,改善关节功能且安全性高。
Objective:To analyze the effect of acupoint application of TCM medicine on joint function and inflammatory response in patients with rheumatoid arthritis.Methods:From 60 patients with rheumatoid arthritis treated in the department of rheumatology and immunology were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group by random number table,30 cases in each.The two groups were treated by conventional therapy,and the observation group was treated with TCM medicine acupoint application on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 3 months.Results:After treatment,the levels of RF,CPR and ESR in both groups were decreased,observation group was lower than control group(P<0.05).After treatment,compared with before treatment,serum IL-37 and sPD-1 levels in the two groups were decreased,and those in the observation group were lower(P<0.05).There was no statistical significance in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P=0.347<0.05).Conclusion:Acupoint application of TCM medicine can inhibit inflammatory response and improve joint function in patients with rheumatoid arthritis,with high safety.
