摘要
为了充实双分梳转杯纺在色纺纱领域的应用,在双分梳转杯试验机上纺制麻灰粘胶色纺纱,通过直观分析法和配对t检验法,研究混纺比例和喂入通道对纱线断裂强度、断裂伸长率、条干不匀率和3 mm以上毛羽根数的影响。结果表明:在纤维原料性能相近的情况下,纤维混纺比例对双分梳转杯色纺纱的力学性能、条干性能影响较为平稳,纱线指标无显著差异,但对3 mm以上毛羽根数影响波动较大;不同混纺比例下改变两根条子喂入通道,对最终成纱性能无显著影响。
In order to enrich the application of double-carding rotor spinning in colored spun yarn,gray viscose colored yarns are spun on the double-carding rotor spinning testing machine.The effects of blending ratio and feed channel on breaking strength,breaking elongation,unevenness of sliver of yarns and the number of hairiness above 3 mm are researched with the intuitive analysis method and the paired t test method.The results show that when the properties of the fibrous raw materials are similar,the blending ratio has a relatively stable effect on the mechanical properties and sliver properties of the double-carding rotor colored spun yarns,and there is no significant difference in yarn index,but it has a large fluctuation on the hairiness index;changing the feeding channel of its two slivers under different blending ratios has no significant effect on the final performance of yarns.
