摘要
探讨色纺纱准量生产的过程控制方法。针对色纺纱短频快、成分复杂等特点,结合理论分析和实际生产实践,从投料准确性、落棉率、定长设计和过程控制等环节制定一系列措施,并通过复盘操作逐步提升和完善色纺纱准量生产控制体系,最终使色纺纱准量生产中存在的控制难点得到有效解决。认为:制定色纺纱准量生产控制机制能够有效提升准量生产率,有助于提升车间生产管控水平,降低生产成本。
Process control method of colored spun yarn quasi-quantity production was discussed.In view of col⁃ored spun yarn properties,combined with theory analysis and actual production practice,a series of measures are for⁃mulated from aspects of feeding accuracy,waste percentage,fixed length design and process control.Colored spun yarn quasi-quantity production control system was gradually upgraded and completed through reviewing operation.Finally,control difficulties existed in colored spun yarn quasi-quantity production were effectively solved.It is consid⁃ered that quasi-quantity efficiency is effectively increased by making colored spun yarn quasi-quantity production con⁃trol system,which is helpful to improve production control level of workshop and reduce production cost.
