摘要
以一种医用消毒喷水瓶螺母盖的设计为基础,通过分析产品结构特征,设计了一模16腔、模内机动脱内螺纹机构。针对螺纹筒内部细深腔的结构特征,设计了外环绕周围式的串联水路冷却方式,并运用CAE软件模拟产品的填充与冷却过程。该模具结构设计合理,开合模动作准确可靠,螺纹塑件能够顺利脱模,经检测,塑件制品精度高,同时提高了产品生产率,产品完全达到客户需求,可为同类模具结构设计提供一定的参考,具有良好的借鉴价值。
By analyzing the structural characteristics of the deep threaded barrel,a 16-cavity mold internal motorized thread-removing mechanism is designed.In response to the structural characteristics of the fine deep cavity inside the threaded barrel,an outer ring-type surrounded cooling water circuit is designed,and CAE software is used to simulate the filling and cooling process of the product.The mold design structure is reasonable,the mold opening and closing movement is reliable,the products are demolded smoothly,the precision of the plastic parts is high,and the product productivity is improved.The product can fully meet customer requirements,providing a certain reference for similar mold structure design.
