摘要
目的 探讨肺结节临床诊断中血清肿瘤标志物联合低剂量CT诊断意义及价值。方法 选取2018年3月至2020年3月在我院接受治疗的150例肺结节患者为研究组,并选取相同时间健康体检人群150例为对照组。所有患者均接受血清肿瘤标志物联合低剂量CT诊断。比较肿瘤标志物水平、三组容积CT剂量指数。结果 研究组PTN、NSE、CK、CEA水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);传统剂量组容积CT剂量指数高于低剂量A组、低剂量B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),低剂量A组剂量指数高于低剂量B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在诊断肺结节过程中,低剂量CT联合血清肿瘤标志物效果明显,可提高阳性检出率,临床上应进一步推广应用。
Objective To explore the clinical value of low-dose CT combined with serum tumor markers in the diagnosis of pulmonary nodules.Methods A total of 150 patients with pulmonary nodules who were admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to March 2020 were selected as the study group,and 150 healthy people with physical examination at the same time were selected as the control group.All patients were treated with low-dose CT combined with serum tumor markers for diagnosis.The tumor marker levels and volume CT dose indexes of the three groups were compared.Results The levels of PTN,NSE,CK and CEA in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The volume CT dose index of the traditional dose group was higher than that of the low-dose group A and low-dose group B,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The dose index of the low-dose group A was higher than that of the low-dose group B,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the process of diagnosis of pulmonary nodules,low-dose CT combined with serum tumor markers has obvious effect and can improve the positive rate,which should be further promoted and applied in clinical practice.
