摘要
目的拟定原发性痛经患者针灸治疗的技术标准方案。方法通过查阅大批量的中外文献并进行检索分析,形成具有证据等级的临床推荐草案,再运用德尔菲专家咨询法进行2轮专家意见调查及1轮专家讨论,通过综合分析获取一致的专家共识,最后通过临床实践验证,形成最终的针灸治疗原发性痛经诊疗技术标准方案。结果文献检索显示了针灸治疗原发性痛经的优势,在诊疗方面与现代医学基本一致,其证据级别达到一级;2轮的德尔菲专家咨询法调查问卷均符合填写要求,问卷回收率、有效率及专家积极系数均为100%,属于有效意见调查;经过第2轮的专家意见调查后形成了专家一致性意见,初步形成了诊疗技术方案。结论拟定诊疗技术标准方案,在系统的文献检索基础上,合理地运用德尔菲专家咨询法,充分听取专家意见,且在临床实践中进行验证,此方案为中医药诊疗原发性痛经的标准化制定提供了一条有益途径。
Objective to establish the technical standard scheme of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment for primary dysmenorrhea.Methods Through consulting a large number of Chinese and foreign literature and searching and analyzing,we formed the clinical recommendation draft with evidence level,and then conducted two rounds of expert opinion survey and one theory expert discussion through Delphi expert consultation method to form a consensus of experts,and finally formed the final technical standard scheme of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of primary dysmenorrhea through clinical practice verification,clinical standard scheme of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of primary dysmenorrhea through clinical practice verification.Results Literature search showed the advantages of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea,basically consistent with modern medicine,and its evidence level reached level I;the Delphi expert consultation questionnaire of two rounds met the requirements of filling,and the questionnaire recovery rate,effective rate and expert positive coefficient were all 100%,belonging to the effective opinion survey;after the second round of expert opinion survey,a special expert opinion survey was formed According to the consensus of the families,the diagnosis and treatment technical scheme has been initially formed.Conclusion Draw up the standard scheme of diagnosis and treatment technology,on the basis of systematic literature retrieval,reasonably use Delphi expert consultation method,fully listen to expert opinions,and clinical practice is being verified in clinical practice,which provides a beneficial way for the standardization of traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment of primary dysmenorrhea.
