摘要
随着当前社会的发展速度不断加快,我国的老龄人口数量也在急剧增强,所以针对老龄人口进行社会化管理势在必行。该文对于近年来社会范围内关于老龄人口进行的社会化管理实践展开了大量的调研,阐述了我国的人口老龄化现状,发现了老龄人口社会化管理过程中出现的诸多问题,并提出了一些比较具体化的管理对策,仅供参考。
With the rapid development of the current society,the number of elderly population in China is also increasing rapidly,so it is imperative to carry out socialized management for the elderly population.This paper has carried out a lot of research on the practice of socialized management of the elderly population in the social scope in recent years,expounds the current situation of population aging in China,found many problems in the process of socialized management of the elderly population,and puts forward some specific management countermeasures for reference only.
