摘要
为了解决露天矿在靠帮过程中由于地质原因或者人为原因造成的预留靠帮作业空间狭窄,而无法使用常规预裂技术进行控制靠帮的问题,设计采用一种导向孔诱导成缝技术。即利用间隔装药技术对爆破能量释放进行调控的优点和导向孔爆破技术对爆破裂缝扩展方向控制的特点,实现狭窄区域的控制靠帮爆破。目前该技术成功地应用在了白云鄂博西矿的二次境界优化工程中,并且取得了良好的靠帮控制爆破效果。
In order to solve the problem that the conventional pre-splitting technology cannot be used in the final slope control of open-pit mining due to the reserved narrow working space,which is caused by geological or man-made reasons during the leaning process of the open-pit mine,the guide hole inducing seam technology is designed.The slope control of narrow areas by blasting is realized by utilizing the advantages of interval charge technology controlling the release of blasting energy and the pilot hole blasting technology controlling the expansion direction of blasting cracks.At present,this technology has been successfully applied in the secondary boundary optimization process of Bayunebo West Mine,which achieved a good result for slope control by blasting.
