“两硬”薄煤层采空区煤柱下沿空留巷技术 被引量:9

Gob- side Entry Retaining Technology Under Coal Pillar of Goaf in "Two Hard" and Thin Coal Seam

摘要 通过UDEC数值模拟研究了"两硬"薄煤层采空区煤柱下支承压力分布规律,结果表明:"两硬"近距离煤层采空区煤柱下工作面侧向支承压力可达16.1 MPa,沿空留巷巷旁充填体需要具有一定的"让-抗"特性。通过理论计算和FLAC^(3D)数值模拟分析确定了巷旁充填体参数,即巷旁充填体宽度为2.0 m,充填体终凝强度不低于25 MPa,通过对该矿88105工作面运输巷沿空留巷围岩移近量监测,结果表明按此参数沿空留巷效果较好。 The support pressure distribution law of the coal pillars under goaf in " two hard" and thin coal seam was studied through the UDEC numerical simulation. Results showed that lateral support pressure of the working face under the coal pillar of goaf in " two hard" and thin coal seam reached 16. 1 MPa,and the filling body beside roadway needed to have a certain features that was " yield- resistance". Through the analysis of theoretical calculation and numerical simulation of FLAC-(3D),parameters of filling body beside roadway were defined that the width of filling body beside roadway was 2. 0 m Pa,and the final strength was not less than 25 MPa. Through the deformation monitoring of surrounding rocks in the 88105 working face transportation roadway,and results showed that this effect of gob- side entry- retaining was better off according to this parameter.
