摘要
为探究不同树龄苹果园土壤性质及其对西府海棠幼苗生长的影响,本试验采集28 a和35 a树龄粘土苹果园土壤和7 a、28 a、35 a树龄沙壤土苹果园土壤,以同一类型未种植苹果树的土壤为对照,测定各土壤的化学性质。采用盆栽方式播种西府海棠种子,比较不同树龄苹果园土壤对西府海棠幼苗生长及生理的影响。结果表明,粘土苹果园28 a树龄和35 a树龄土壤和沙壤土苹果园7 a树龄、28 a树龄和35 a树龄土壤的pH均显著低于对照土壤;2类土壤有机质、全N、全P、全K、碱解氮、速效磷和速效钾含量均显著高于对照土壤。2个树龄粘土苹果园土壤种植的西府海棠幼苗叶片总叶绿素含量极显著低于对照,分别较对照低22.87%和27.80%,3个树龄沙壤土苹果园土壤种植的西府海棠幼苗叶片总叶绿素含量极显著高于对照,分别较对照高48.98%、71.43%和29.25%。2个树龄粘土苹果园中,28 a树龄土壤种植的西府海棠幼苗叶片MDA含量和SOD、POD活性最高;3个树龄沙壤土苹果园中,对照土壤种植的西府海棠幼苗叶片MDA含量最高,7 a树龄土壤种植的西府海棠幼苗叶片SOD、POD活性最高。土壤pH与地下部鲜重、单叶面积呈极显著负相关,土壤有机质、全N、碱解氮、速效磷、速效钾与SOD活性、POD活性、总叶绿素、类胡萝卜素、叶绿素b、地下部鲜重、单叶面积、地上部鲜重、地径、苗高等呈极显著相关性。
In order to explore the effect on growth of Malus Micromalus seedlings and soil properties of apple orchards with different ages,the soil samples were collected from 28-year-old and 35-year-old clay apple orchards and 7-year-old,28-year-old and 35-year-old sandy loam apple orchards,the same type soil,which not planted with apple trees were used as the control,and the chemical properties of each soil samples were determined.The seeds of Malus Micromalus were planted by potted method,and the effects of different ages of apple orchard soil on the growth and physiology of Malus Micromalus seedlings were determined.The results showed that the soil pH of 28-year-old and 35-year-old apple orchards and the soil pH of 7-year-old,28-year-old and 35-year-old apple orchards in sandy loam soil were significantly lower than that of the control.The contents of organic matter,total nitrogen,total phosphors,total potassium,available nitrogen,available phosphors and available potassium in the two types of soils were significantly higher than those of the control.The total chlorophyll contents in leaves of Malus micromalus seedlings planted in the soil of the 2 tree ages of clay soil apple orchards were significantly lower than the control,which were 22.87%and 27.80%lower than that of the control,respectively.The total chlorophyll contents in leaves of Malus micromalus seedlings planted in the soil of 3 tree ages of sandy loam soil apple orchard were significantly higher than those of the control,which increased by 48.98%,71.43%and 29.25%respectively.Among the 2 clay apple orchards,the content of MDA and the activities of SOD and POD in leaves of 28-year-old Malus micromalus seedlings were the highest;Among the 3 tree ages of sandy loam soil apple orchards,the content of MDA in the leaves of the seedlings planted in the control soil was the highest,and the activities of SOD and POD in the leaves of the seedlings planted in the 7-years-old soil were the highest.The soil pH was negatively correlated with roots fresh weight and single
