摘要
以7a生酿酒葡萄"蛇龙珠"为试材,研究了不同施肥处理对葡萄光合性能及果实品质的影响。结果表明:与施用化肥相比,有机肥可不同程度地促进葡萄树体生长;"生物有机肥"和"腐殖酸生物有机肥"可提高葡萄叶绿素的含量;"葡萄专用有机肥"可提高酿酒葡萄的净光合速率,"生物有机肥"可提高酿酒葡萄糖含量、糖酸比、单宁及总酚含量。
Taking seven-year-old wine grape 'Cabernet' as meterial, the effect of different fertilizer treatments on photosynthesis and quality of grape were studied. The results showed that compared to chemical fertilizers, organic fertilizers could promote tree growth and development ,chlorophyll content could be improved through the application of 'bio-organic fertilizer' and 'humic acid organic fertilizer'. 'Grape dedicated organic fertilizer' could improve the net photosynthetic rate. 'The bio-organic fertilizer' could improve the sugar content,sugar acid ratio and the content of tannin and total phenol content.
