摘要 目的综述近年来桃金娘科蒲桃属植物丁香的化学成分与药理作用的研究进展。方法查阅有关丁香的期刊文献,进行分析并归纳总结。结果大量研究表明,丁香主要含有挥发油类、黄酮类等化学成分,具有抗菌消炎、解热镇痛、抗氧化、抗肿瘤等药理活性,在药品、食品、香精、香料等行业具有广泛的应用。结论丁香具有广阔的应用前景。 Objective To review the recent research progress of chemical constituents and pharmacological effect of Eugenia caryophyllata,a plant of Syzygium myrtle family.Methods The periodical journal literatures on Eugenia caryophyllata were reviewed and analyzed.Results Modern researches showed that Eugenia caryophyllata mainly contains volatile oils,flavonoids and other chemical constituents,which have antibacterial and anti-inflammatory,antipyretic and analgesic,antioxidant,anesthetic and other pharmacological activities,and were widely used in medicine,food,cosmetics and other industries.Conclusion Eugenia caryophyllata has broad prospects in application.
