摘要
目的:研究桃金娘Rhodomyrtus tomentosa(Ait.)Hassk.根的化学成分。方法:利用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20葡聚糖凝胶和高效液相制备等色谱技术进行分离纯化,根据波谱数据分析鉴定化合物结构。结果:从桃金娘根中分离得到16个化合物,分别鉴定为:大叶茜草素(1)、2-甲基-1-羟基-9,10-蒽醌(2)、正十七烷(3)、β-谷甾醇(4)、正十六烷酸(5)、齐墩果酸(6)、1,3-二羟基-9,10-蒽醌(7)、3,3′,4′-三甲基鞣花酸(8)、脱氢山楂酸(9)、2-甲基-1,3,6-三羟基-9,10-蒽醌(10)、3,4′-二甲基鞣花酸(11)、2α,3β,23-三羟基齐墩果烷-11,13(18)-二烯-28-酸(12)、阿江榄仁酸(13)、3′-O-methyl-3,4-O,O-metheneellagic acid-4′-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(14)、3,3′,4′-三甲基鞣花酸-4-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(15)、terminolic acid(16)。结论:其中,化合物1~3、7、9~11、14、15为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective:To study the chemical constituents from the roots of Rhodomyrtus tomentosa.Methods:The compounds were isolated and purified by various chromatographic techniques,including silica gel,Sephadex LH-20 and HPLC.The structures were identified on the basis of spectral data analysis.Results:Sixteen compounds were isolated from the roots of Rhodomyrtus tomentosa and identified as mollugin(1),1-hydroxy-2-methyl-9,10-anthraquinone(2),heptadecane(3),β-sitosterol(4),palmitic acid(5),oleanoic acid(6),1,3-dihydroxy-9,10-anthraquinone(7),3,3',4'-tri-O-methylellagic acid(8),camaldulenic acid(9),2-methyl-1,3,6-trihydroxy-9,10-anthraquinone(10),3,4'-di-O-methylellagic acid(11),2α,3β,23-trihydroxyolean-11,13(18)-dien-28-oic acid(12),arjunolic acid(13),3'-O-methyl-3,4-O,O-metheneellagic acid-4'-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(14),3,3',4'-tri-O-methylellagic acid-4-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(15),terminolic acid(16),respectively.Conclusion:Among them,compounds 1 to 3,7,9 to 11,14,15 are isolated from Rhodomyrtus tomentosa for the first time.
