摘要
黏度指数改进剂是一种油溶性的链状高分子聚合物,低温时分子链卷曲,高温时分子链膨胀,可以改善润滑油的低温性能和高温黏度保持性能,提高润滑油的黏温特性,使润滑油可以在更广泛的温度范围内使用。目前主流的黏度指数改进剂有聚异丁烯(PIB),聚甲基丙烯酸酯(PMA),乙烯丙烯共聚物(OCP)和氢化苯乙烯双烯共聚物(HSD)。衡量黏度指数改进剂性能的指标主要有稠化能力,低温性能、剪切安定性和热氧化安定性。从稠化能力,低温性能、剪切安定性和热氧化安定性等方面对PIB,PMA,OCP及HSD黏度指数改进剂的性能及应用进行了综述。黏度指数改进剂复配具有协合效应,开发新型黏度指数改进剂和定向合成多功能黏度指数改进剂是黏度指数改进剂的发展方向。
Viscosity index improver was an oil-soluble chain high-molecular polymer.The molecular chain curled at low temperature and expanded at elevated temperature.It could improve the low-temperature performance and elevated temperature viscosity retention performance of lubricant,improve the viscosity temperature characteristics of lubricant,and make lubricant could be used in a wider temperature range.At present,polyisobutylene(PIB),polymethacrylate(PMA),olefin copolymer(OCP)and hydrogenated styrene diene copolymer(HSD)were the mainstream viscosity index improvers.Thickening ability,low temperature performance,shear stability and thermal oxidation stability were the main indexes to measuring the performance of viscosity index improvers.The performances and applications of PIB,PMA,OCP and HSD viscosity index improvers were reviewed from the aspects of thickening ability,low temperature performance,shear stability and thermal oxidation stability.The combination of viscosity index improvers had synergistic effect.The development of new viscosity index improvers and directional synthesis of multifunctional viscosity index improvers were the development direction of viscosity index improvers.
