摘要
“线上+线下”混合式教学是现代化高校教学改革创新的发展趋势。针对“管理沟通”课程在传统教学过程中存在的教学模式单一、学习参与度不高、知识内化程度较弱、教学反馈不到位等问题,本研究以情境学习理论为指导,搭建“三阶建构式”混合教学模式,并就该模式在实践教学过程中的运用提出反思,为“管理沟通”课程实现“理实一体化”学习目的提供新的思路与方向。
The“online+offline”blended teaching is the development trend of teaching reform and innovation in modern colleges and universities.In view of the problems of single teaching mode,low learning participation,weak knowledge internalization,and inadequate teaching feedback in the traditional teaching of the“Management Communication”course,this research uses situational learning theory as a guide to build a blended teaching mode based on“three-tier construction”,and also proposes a reflection on the application of this mode in the practical teaching process,in order to provide a new idea and direction for realizing the“theory-practice integrated”learning objective of the“Management Communication”course.
