基于雨课堂的混合教学模式在数字化心导管室教学中的应用研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨基于雨课堂的混合教学模式在医院数字化心导管室教学中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年7月—2021年3月在南华大学附属第一医院心血管内科轮科的90名临床医学专业规培生,按照随机数字表法将其分为试验组和对照组,每组45名。对照组采用传统教学法进行带教,试验组采用基于雨课堂的混合式教学模式,比较两组的教学效果。结果:试验组操作考试成绩和出科理论成绩明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。问卷调查显示,试验组的教学满意度也高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用基于雨课堂的混合教学模式,有助于医院数字化心导管室教学效果和教学质量水平的提高。 Objective:To study the effect of the mixed teaching mode based on“rain classroom”in the teaching of digital catheterization laboratory.Methods:Ninety clinical medicine standardized training students who practiced in the writers’hospital from July 2020 to March 2020 were selected and divided into experimental group and control group according to random number table method,with 45 students in each group.The experimental group adopted the“rain classroom”mixed teaching method,while the control group adopted the traditional teaching method.The teaching effect of the two groups was compared.Results:The theoretical score and operation test in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Questionnaire survey showed that the teaching satisfaction in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of mixed teaching based on“rain classroom”is conducive to the improvement of teaching effect and teaching quality.
