摘要
高校班主任作为基层班级的组织者、领导者和教育者,不仅全面负责班内学生的思想品德教育、学习生活引导及身心健康的稳定,也是其他任课教师教学和管理工作的协调者。班主任思政教育工作质量对于大学生实现“诗和远方”的理想起到至关重要的作用。该文运用思政教育、教育学、心理学和管理学的相关理论,对大学生日常管理工作中的思想建设、学风建设、活动策划、社会实践、干部培养、荣誉激励等方面进行理性分析,深入研究高校班主任在思政教育过程中的作用,找出大学生成长成才的内在规律,总结精细化、具体化、高效务实的经验与管理方法,以供参考和借鉴。
As the organizer,leader and educator of grass-roots classes,college head teachers are not only responsible for the ideological and moral education,learning and life guidance and the stability of physical and mental health of students in the class,but also the coordinator of teaching and management with other teachers.The quality of ideological and political education of head teachers in colleges and universities plays a vital role in realizing the ideal of“poetry and distance”for college students.Using the relevant theories of ideological and political education,pedagogy,psychology and management,this paper makes a rational analysis on the ideological construction,style of study construction,activity planning,social practice,cadre training,honor incentive and other aspects of college students’daily management,deeply studies the role of college head teachers in the process of ideological and political education,and finds out the internal law of college students’growth,and makes pragmatic experience and management methods more specific and efficient,and puts forward reference suggestions.
