摘要
大学生是社会生活当中最活跃的元素,高校也因此而成为我国思想政治教育的前沿阵地。从工作实践来看,高校辅导员思想政治教育工作的实效性受辅导员、大学生和沟通途径三个方面因素的影响。要提高高校辅导员思想政治工作的实效性,就要求辅导员必须做到明确角色定位,树立正确的教学理念;加强业务学习,自觉提高专业素质;改进教育方法,构建师生双向交流立交桥。
College students are the most active element in social life,so the university has become the frontier of ideological and political education. From the perspective of working practice,the effectiveness of college counselors＇ ideological and political education is influenced by three aspects,such as the counselor,the college students and the approach of communication.In order to improve the effectiveness of college counselors＇ ideological and political work,counselors must clearly know the role orientation,establish a correct concept of teaching; strengthen vocational study,actively improve professional quality; improve the teaching methods,construct the overpass for the communication between teachers and students.
