摘要
目的分析1,2-二氯乙烷亚急性中毒事件发生的原因,为用人单位职业病危害的防护措施提出合理建议。方法2020-12-09对该企业进行现场职业卫生学调查、职业病危害因素检测,结合临床分析等方法为职业病诊断提供依据。结果粘胶剂中检出1,2-二氯乙烷成分,车间空气中1,2-二氯乙烷浓度范围是3.9~7.6 mg/m^(3)。患者被诊断为职业性亚急性1,2-二氯乙烷轻度中毒。结论粘胶剂含有1,2-二氯乙烷是发生亚急性中毒的主要原因。企业应加强职业病危害防护措施,使用无毒或低毒粘胶剂,防止类似事故再发生,保护职工的合法权益。
Objective To analyze the causes of a subacute 1,2-dichloroethane poisoning accident and to provide reasonable suggestions about protective measures against occupational hazards for employers.Methods Occupational investigation,occupational hazard detection were carried out in the enterprise on December 9 th,2020,combined with clinical analysis and other methods to provide the basis of the diagnosis of the occupational diseases.Results The 1,2-dichloroethane was detected in the adhesive.The concentration of 1,2-Dichloroethane in the air of the workshop ranged from 3.9 to7.6 mg/m^(3).Patients were diagnosed with occupational subacute 1,2-dichloroethane mild poisoning.Conclusion 1,2-Dichloroethane in the adhesive was the main cause of the subacute poisoning.The enterprise should strengthen protective measures against occupational hazards,use non-toxic or low toxic adhesives,in order to avoid similar accidents and to protect the legitimate rights and interests of the workers.
