江苏省康复治疗师组织认同在职业韧性与工作场所隐性缺勤行为间的中介效应 被引量:4

Mediating Effect of Organizational Identification on Career Resilience and Implicit Absenteeism in the Workplace of Rehabilitation Therapists in Jiangsu Province

摘要 目的:分析康复治疗师组织认同在职业韧性与工作场所隐性缺勤行为间的中介效应。方法:采用整群抽样的方法抽取江苏省5所三级医院的221名康复治疗师进行问卷调查,并对数据进行统计分析。结果:康复治疗师职业韧性、组织认同与隐性缺勤呈显著负相关(P<0.01);职业韧性对康复治疗师隐性缺勤的总效应值为-0.614,组织认同在职业韧性与隐性缺勤之间的中介效应值为-0.271。结论:康复治疗师职业韧性可直接影响隐性缺勤行为,也可通过组织认同对隐性缺勤行为产生间接影响。 Objective:To analyze the mediating effect of organizational identification of rehabilitation therapists on career resilience and implicit absenteeism in the workplace.Methods:Using cluster sampling,a questionnaire survey was conducted among 221 rehabilitation therapists from 5 tertiary hospitals in Jiangsu province,and the data were statistically analyzed.Results:There was a significantly negative correlation among career resilience,organizational identification and implicit absenteeism of rehabilitation therapists(P<0.01).The total effect value of career resilience on implicit absenteeism of rehabilitation therapists was-0.614,and the mediating effect value of organizational identification on career resilience and implicit absenteeism was-0.271.Conclusion:The career resilience of rehabilitation therapists can directly affect the implicit absenteeism,and it can also indirectly affect the implicit absenteeism through organizational identification.
