摘要
将“新常态”一词应用于教育领域,探讨新常态下爱的教育内涵和实践,从而更好地发挥教育爱的作用,推动教育事业的发展,具有非常重要的意义。我国教育的新常态可以概括为:从注重效率向注重公平转向;从追求教育普及向普及基础上的质量提升转变;从同质化教育向个性化教育转型。新常态下教育爱是政府、学校、教师的合力之爱,是爱的情感、行动与智慧,是具有精神品性的爱。为更好地认识新常态、适应新常态、引领新常态,需要实施爱的教育,即政府要为教育服务,推进教育公平;学校要以学生为主体,为学生幸福奠基;教师要以学生为本,促进学生个性和创造性发展。
It is of great significance to apply the term“new normal”to the field of education and explore the new connotation and practice of education with love under the“new normal”so as to better play the role of educational love and promote the development of education.The new normal of education in China can be summarized as follows:from focusing on efficiency to focusing on fairness,from pursuing the popularization of education to improving the quality on the basis of popularization,from homogeneous education to personalized education.Under the new normal,educational love is the love of the joint efforts of the government,schools and teachers,the emotion,action and wisdom of love,and the love with spiritual character.In order to better understand the new normal,adapt to the new normal and lead the new normal,the main body of educational love should practice education with love.That is,the government should serve education and promote educational equity;schools should take students as the main body and lay a foundation for students happiness;teachers should be student-oriented and promote the development of students personality and creativity.
