摘要
目的:探讨优质护理服务理念在急性白血病患者护理中的应用效果分析。方法:将2018年9月-2019年9月在中山市人民医院血液内科治疗的102例急性白血病患者按随机数字表法分为两组,每组各51例,对照组使用常规护理服务,观察组使用优质护理服务理念,对比两组患者的心理状态变化、不良反应情况、采用问卷调查统计遵医行为情况。结果:观察组护理后焦虑自评量表(Self-rating Anxiety Scale,SAS)和抑郁自评量表(Self-rating Depression Scale,SDS)评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05),但两组干预前SAS和SDS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组皮肤感染、口腔感染、静脉炎、出血等不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组遵医用药、配合护理、按时检查等遵医行为率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:优质护理服务理念在急性白血病患者护理中的应用效果显著,从整体上提高了护理质量,有效稳定了患者心理状态,降低治疗过程中的不良反应发生率,提升患者的遵医行为率,有助于提高整体治疗效果、改善预后,具有积极的临床意义。
Objective:To explore the application effect of quality nursing service concept in the nursing of patients with acute leukemia.Methods:102 cases of acute leukemia patients treated in Zhongshan People’s Hospital from September 2018 to September 2019 were selected and divided into two groups by using random number table method,with 51 cases in each group,the control group received conventional nursing care,the observation group received high quality nursing service concept.Psychological state changes,adverse reactions,and behavior were compared between the two groups.Questionnaire survey was used to analyze compliance behavior.Results:The SAS and SDS scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in SAS and SDS scores between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).The incidence of skin infection,oral infection,phlebitis,bleeding and other adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The rate of compliance with medical drugs,nursing care and timely inspection in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:High quality nursing service concept has remarkable effect on patients with acute leukemia,and the a compliance pplication as a whole helps to improve the nursing quality,promote the stable psychological state of patients effectively,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment process,increase the rate of patients’medical compliance,improve the overall treatment effect and improve prognosis,which is of positive clinical significance.
